The art of any negotiation entails fully knowing your opponent and gaining the skills and techniques to navigate the journey towards manifesting what you desire. In this workshop, the opponent that is being addressed is stress. Stress related health challenges have now become a pandemic. Long-term, continual stress creates havoc on our well-being and can make us less sensitive to our self-care needs. Our negotiation with stress begins with an understanding of how it makes us feel and react. Utilizing movement, mind-body medicine explorations, and lectures, we will explore the multi-layered aspects of stress.

Learn to scan and listen to your body’s cues for both symptoms and remedies of stress
